Cars parked everyday on both sides of barkby road making it impossible for wheelchair and pushchair users - how can you just close report and say ongoing investigation - surely a traffic warden needs to be visiting daily and booking - where do you want pedestrians to walk on the road and run over by trucks!!!-80 Barkby Road, Leicester, LE4 9LF
