URGENT: Street cleaning required BEFORE gully clearance on Victoria Park Road/Lorne Road to prevent property flooding.
The junction is heavily subject to severe surface water flooding and subsequent property flooding. There is a substantial accumulation of debris, silt, and detritus lining the gutters and kerbs.
