I saw a guest from guest house Abinger Guest House 175 Hinckley Road illegally dump a black bag of trade waste in a domestic bin in the street next door at 177. This was between 7:30pm and 8pm on Wednesday 10th September and you can commandeer their CCTV to verify this. I believe this business is illegally disposing of trade waste in the domestic bins outside and has been doing so for the last 4 years as I have frequently seen them take out domestic orange bags and black bin waste. -175 Hinckley Road, Leicester, UK
