This open land which belongs to the council, has repeatedly been neglected and has not been maintained. The shrubs which were previously poisoned to NOT grow back again have grown back in full effect. These shrubs need removing from the ROOTS once and for all. They are causing subsidence damage to my property (NO 5 Halstead street, LE5 3RE) and there is ongoing insurance claim.
