The grey council bin bag which was left by the very hard working street sweeper has been broken into unfortunately. Therefore all the litter will be blowing onto the road and pavements and parking bays. The bag is on the corner of Browning Street and Upperton Road. It will be appreciated if the bag was picked up and the litter cleared up Asap please before the contents of the bag which had just been picked up today starts to fly around again. Thank you.
