He came along today and messed around with the light which we have had not working for the last 5 months. Public footpath from Shanklin Drive to Knighton Church Road. Hedges both sides overgrown so much that they are meeting at the top, obliterating daylight and making the footpath feel unsafe. Also, towards the KCR end, the fence on the east side is collapsing into the footpath.
