Someone emptied a whole rubbish bin of recycling onto the pavement. Cars are avoiding the rubbish and the broken glass is hazardous. There is much more rubbish than shown in the photo, it is spread all down the street.-Flat 1, 52 Beckingham Road, Leicester, LE2 1HB
