Access has been blocked by this vehicle which was parked for 3 hours +. It is parked on access, a double yellow line and a dropped curb. There is even a sign there which states no parking as access is needed. This is a daily occurrence and the access is needed for 3 separate residences 2 of which have disabled residents who rely on entering and leaving using this drive, ambulances included. -Flat 1, 2 Portsmouth Road, Leicester, LE4 5DJ

This is not the first time this has happened with this driver. I have photographic proof of the vehicle constantly parking in front of my gate or on the sidewalk, repeatedly blocking my driveway. The first time she blocked the entrance, I asked her to move the car; she said she didn't have time, simply locked the vehicle, and walked away.-110 Liberty Road, Лестер, Велика Британія

A car parked on the lawn ahead blocked my exit from the front yard. When the driver returned with her child, I asked her not to park there because she was blocking my way out. Unable to drive off the lawn, she walked into my yard and tried to enter the house, while her young child—about eight years old—gave me the middle finger. Honestly, I am shocked by the whole situation. This is not the first time this has happened with this driver. Every Friday cars are blocking this area. We residents of Sahara close are getting fed up. There are many residents with acute health issues and could need emergency medical care. A new driver being taught by a guy who illegally parks on double yellows on a corner. I was on the phone and said "oh wow a driver school car illegally parking" and the driver said "i'm just stopping to let her out theres no parking"
