Photo taken at 16:03. Yellow Audi (registration ) illegally parked in a red route loading bay during restricted hours. There is no stopping at all between 4-7pm. I have reported 80+ instances of illegal parking on this tiny stretch of road over only about 3 days to give you an idea of the persistence of the problem, but I can't report every single incident. I will report whatever I happen to stumble upon, but please do not interpret fewer reports as fewer offences - it still goes on all day, every day.-163A, London Road, Leicester, LE2 1EG
