This is an ongoing issue with a boundary collapsed and now completely covering a shared path which has a shared responsibility with the council. This must be cleared immediately due to this being a fire exit and access for neighbouring properties. The shrubs has stinging nettles, thorns and other dangerous bushes. Disabled, children and emergency services have refused to use this. -23 Overing Close, Leicester, LE4 7QS
