Numerous reports online and to local investigators who have been for issues in the same spot, still nothing has been done, causing an eyesore, smell and pest issues, any day of the week for last 5 years the bins have never been taken in or made provisions by tenants or landlord to take them off the footpath, . Because of this bin collection day, refuse due to overflowing, people have been dumping other stuff in and around it , also hotspot for street drinking, urinating etc-89B, Mornington Street, Leicester, LE5 3NG
