The pavement has a mass of leaves that are very slippery creating a risk for pedestrians. Also the gully is full of leaves preventing the water from draining into the storm drain which is on the pavement. The leaves also block the storm drain making it ineffective. The whole section of this pavement needs cleaning otherwise the drain gets blocked very quickly. -53 Stoughton Road, Leicester, UK
