rubbish bags left on the side of the road. Biffa picked up rubbish for 6 Oxford street and because those bags were outside of their bins they simply didn't pick them up. Again, there's a fundamental issue with biffa not collecting rubbish properly. please liaise with biffa to avoid further issues like these-First Floor Flat, 39 Millstone Lane, Leicester, LE1 5JN
