A large amount of garbage and damaged items have been dumped at the back side of the house. This is a street junction where school children and parents pass every day. It is creating a bad smell and causing rats. It should be cleaned. I have reported this issue before but no action has been taken. Urgent concern regarding the condition of the roadside in our area. The edges of the roads have not been cleaned for some time, and debris has accumulated to the point where it poses a serious risk of blocking the drainage system.lf left unattended, this could lead to significant blockages, especially during heavy rainfall, potentially causing flooding and damage to public and private property. In the winter grit box are dumped lots of balloon metal canisters the grit is frozen as the box will not close properly I have reported this before and they are still there so I can’t now get grit for the pavement as we live in a hill as it’s froze solid and the canisters are hazardous waste I understand please deal with the issue for the second or third time I have contact you !!!!-19 Morban Road, Leicester, LE2 8LW

The business is based next door to an Independent School. We see the business equipment all piled up outside their building and on the public footpath. The business has large black iron gates which are not securely shut and they swing in/out in windy weather. The Business often leave items out on the public footpath which leaves very little safe space for the general public to safely walk past. People with pushchairs, wheelchairs cannot safely walk by, leaving them to pass by using the road which becomes a huge safety hazard.
