I live around the corner from Francis St and Allandale Rd and there are increasing numbers of bins being left outside businesses. They are always out and they are now overflowing. -Shop, 6 Francis Street, Leicester, LE2 2BD

There's a large and persistent rat problem in Castle Gardens. I've seen at least one every time I've walked through in broad daylight and saw three today. I have a video of one scurrying about. It's very off-putting and unhygienic, and makes the park unusable for anything but the fastest short cut.
