The car turned right and stopped on the opposite side of the road to park in front of me. If he hadn't parked, he would have blocked the road.
According to Highway Code rule 160 (keep left), Because he stopped in front of me, the law states that if someone is turning in front of you on the wrong side of the road, you must bring your car to a halt to let them correct their mistake. Description

At St John’s school, Clarendon park, at school drop off and pick up times parents are blocking St johns road, parking across driveways and parking on yellow lines with no blue badge.
