More and more cars get dumped at the top of the road and people who lackk common sense park in front of them stopping others from being able to turn vehicles. While driving from Putney Road yesterday this vehicle was parked on double yellow lines at a time where traffic was very heavy causing a lot of congestion. This is getting worse not only on this occasion also the Queen Road area.. Is it time Leicester City Council did something about these motorists who park their cars and vehicles carelessly? It is getting out of hand. Taxi park middle of the road near junction for passenger pick up even though there was parking available near the road. When I asked driver to move as he is blocking all traffic, he refused and was very rude. My question is if he has bad attitude and can not talk nicely with people how did he got taxi licence. Previous fly-tipping left by builders next door. That was removed. Immediately afterwards more fly-tipping happened - I think its the neighbours but I can't prove it. Glass doors with broken glass, mattresses. A full blue bin. Builders waste. Everyday more is being added to the pile. It's dangerous.
