Winchester Avenue, Lavender Road and Sweetbriar Road are in desperate need of its pavements/ streets sweeping. There is so much litter/rubbish and leaves off the trees. It attracts the wrong sort of behaviour and encourages further litter to be discarded. I live around the corner from Francis St and Allandale Rd and there are increasing numbers of bins being left outside businesses. They are always out and they are now overflowing. -Shop, 6 Francis Street, Leicester, LE2 2BD
