The overgrowth has restricted the walkway, where it is impossible for 2 people to pass one another safely. This issue has progressed from an inconvenience to an active hazard. On several occasions, I have been forced to walk directly onto the live road to allow oncoming pedestrians, families with prams, and other pavement users to pass by.
