2 consecutive streetlights are off making the area extremely dark. One went off over a year ago and was reported but not changed. Now the next one has gone off. One is numbered 60, the other is up the hill on the opposite side of the road. It's number is hard to read but photos iattached-90 Upperton Road, Leicester, LE3 0HD

Mornington street flats have been built become a dump yard fly tipping is unbelievable. Big green bins causing elderly residents obstruction either wheel chair also pushchairs.
