There is a severely damaged and overturned clothing donation bank in the parking area that appears to have been destroyed by fire. This has resulted in a large amount of burnt waste, clothes, and debris scattered across the ground. The current state of this area is completely unacceptable and does not meet the standards of a clean, civilized street.
