Too many cars illegally parked on double yellow lines near to Fosse Road Junction and also near to Narborough Road junction.
This happens especially during early mornings, 7.00 - 8.00am and in evenings from 6.00pm, also on Sundays, when drivers know parking wardens are not on the beat.
Upperton Road is a major through road for traffic. Double yellow lines parking is making the road even more dangerous to cross for pedestrians and to drive on.
Should a mandatory 20mph speed limit be placed on Upperton Road as well. -68 Upperton Road, Leicester, LE3 0HB
