Someone has fly tipped a mattress near the corner of Newfields Avenue LE3 1ET. This seems to be a problem area for fly tipping just lately and as a resident on this road it’s becoming very annoying to see unsightly rubbish dumped here on an almost weekly basis. This picture is showing a bin left on this entrance which I am informed is there seven days a week.The entrance is to Arbor house, also shown in this picture is an oil slick for a vehicle, vehicle number VN09MZP has been parked here and left this oil slick. I will put down some sand as a temporary measure now.
