This is all outside my house 82 keightley road I am disabled and unable to get my vehicle on and off my drive plus it’s all being ripped open this is going to cause mice and rats and won’t be happy if they come into my home it’s absolutely disgusting and filthy this needs cleaning up asap so I can get out I will be taking this further as I’m disabled and unable to go out my home as unable to get off my drive plus it’s getting added to the longer it’s there and the kids and cats and foxes ripping-63B, Keightley Road, Leicester, LE3 9LQ

Hello,
I would like to report a serious rubbish problem outside Saint Nicholas Apartments, LE3 5ER.
A large amount of rubbish bags has been left on the ground near the communal bin area for 2 weeks now and the situation is getting worse every day. The bins appear to have been moved from their previous location and many residents may not know where they are now.
