A car has been obstructing road users for the last two days. Please find attached a photo of the car. There are other cars parked on the street on the opposite side of the road. This car is parked stupidly, narrowing the road and making it difficult for other cars to pass. This car was parked yesterday in exactly the same area. No cars could pass through. Cars are being constantly parked illegally down this road, There are a number of garages repairing cars on the street, on double yellow lines. and the pavements. Bottle necks are formed from both directions and traffic cannot flow. I would say there will be an accident soon, but i believe there already has, last week. The police were involved when a pedestrian was knocked over ON THE PAVEMENT!!! Traffic wardens do come down and issue tickets, but this does not deter the illegal parking as all the cars all of a sudden disappear for 10 minutes, and when the wardens are gone, they all come back. A vehicle is parked at the disable bay without the disable badge displaying. I left a note 'Please do not park at Disable Bay as we need it as an emergency'. But the message was ignored. This vehicle is parked at this disable bay, regularly, in the mornings and at nights. I contacted the non emergency police on 101 but they said that I have to contact the council. On google it says to contact parking enforcement team. I do not know who to contact about this issue.-7 Moat Road, Leicester, LE5 5EF
