Vehicle is parked partially across my residential dropped kerb and is preventing my vehicle, which is currently parked on my driveway, from exiting onto the road. I was unable to drive to work due to the obstruction from 11:30-11:15am

Other neighbours have also reported the same vehicle blocking their driveways.

Road issues: railings around the island have been damaged over the weekend outside the school. It looks like a car has hit the barrier that protects people and young children. There was a rat in our house, and we had pest control treatment done. Since today, we have noticed a very foul smell in the house. We suspect that the smell may be coming from a dead rat, but we have not been able to find the source or any remains. It is possible that the rat may have died somewhere underground or in an inaccessible area.
Could you please advise us on how to locate and resolve the source of the smell?
