Hello, I have reported this matter a few times now and I really feel something needs to said to the people doing this. It seems to be the people living on Cherry orchard close that are dumping their waste at the top of whitteney drive south. On Tuesday when it is bin day they always bring their bins up to whitteney drive south and they are so overflowing that the bins men/women don't take all of it with them. This makes whitteney drive south look like a mess and we have more rubbish in the street, more dog fouling ( wotcha I'd always on my front may I add) This needs to be sorted ASAP.
