This corner is regularly used for public urination, causing a bad smell and attracting rats. The wall has anti-vandal paint, but it hasn’t stopped the issue.
Today I found human faeces on the ground in the same spot.
Photos attached showing the mess and the warning sign.
Please arrange urgent cleaning and take action to stop this
