The bin outside my house is already full. In addition, we were not informed about the installation of the bin, which I am quite unhappy about. Also, the bus stop outside my house has not been in use for years. Blue Mercedes parks on pavement blocking pedestrians from being able to walk. This is dangerous. This vehicle does this on a regular basis. Not sure who owns this vehicle.
