This report is not a bin issue but a disabled bay parking issue This person is a taxi driver who uses his own personal car. He is out most of the day and generally returns just before 11pm, yet he keeps putting his bin in his disabled bay and prevents anyone from parking. If anyone has parked, he will come knocking on your door even at night to tell you to move your car. This is becoming an absolute of a joke. We are struggling to find parking as it is. Further to my earlier report of dangerous parking I want to add this picture from a short video which I took in October. I would also add that the students are high secondary school students who are of an age where it should not be necessary for them to be dropped off and picked up right outside the school. Perhaps the schools should be told to discourage parents from parking close by. I notice that a serious report of this problem has been closed. If that means you are ignoring the problem I suggest you send someone to look at the situation daily for a number of days - the parking is both dangerous and illegal as well as discourteous and frustrating. -169 Knighton Lane East
