This above vehicle has been left unattended for approx 4 weeks if not longer and is causing a major traffic disruption on the road. We as residents are currently already dealing with diverted traffic routes due to road works being carried out in the vicinity and this inconsiderate individual leaving the car parked the way it is has caused even more chaos when trying to turn into the junction of Huntsmans Way and on-coming/passing by traffic on Peebles Way!-133 Peebles Way, Leicester, LE4 7ZD
