These council bins never get emptied! The co-op staff have to come out and remove the top layer so it doesn’t look like a tip every single day. Litter all over the place attracting vermin. These council bins never get emptied! The co-op staff have to come out and remove the top layer so it doesn’t look like a tip every single day. Litter all over the place attracting vermin. Not a great look for the area. Been reported several times now.

Parking enforcement not enforcing parking restrictions fairly and consistently. By the garage at there are cars being fixed right now on the street where they are illegally parked, and no enforcement action was taken when the parking enforcement officers were here this morning, there are other cars there too which are illegally parked near the garage yet did not receive parking tickets -Abingdon Road, Leicester
