Because of his the rate & mais . Is comes in house. It just takes few minutes to take out the bin . But people are not bothering. And you can see in photo the car is parked and rubbish is left to side. It will become more wasted. Day just keeps damping everyday. Street light no 1 in Parkstone road Leicester le51nn as not been working now for 2 weeks it is very dangerous and we have bicycle being used on the pavement in the dark youths around at night .I am 82 years old and have terminal cancer.
