This report is not a bin issue but a disabled bay parking issue This person is a taxi driver who uses his own personal car. He is out most of the day and generally returns just before 11pm, yet he keeps putting his bin in his disabled bay and prevents anyone from parking. If anyone has parked, he will come knocking on your door even at night to tell you to move your car. This is becoming an absolute of a joke. We are struggling to find parking as it is.
