On the morning of Saturday 4/7/26, about 4.30 am, I observed 2 men appearance taking these mattresses and leaving them here. I confronted the men telling them it is illegal to fly tip. They just nodded their heads and carried on. I didn’t have my phone with me so was unable to take a picture. I followed these men and they turned into moat road and carried onto orson street and crossed the road to the right side and I lost them. Could not tell which house they entered. One of the 'street' cats here has sadly died and its body needs to be collected as it can't, obviously, be left on the street because of health & safety issues, etc. The weather is very warm at the moment & there are many flies around during the daytime, so if the cat's body was left outside it would attract a large number of flies, etc, and it would decompose very quickly in the heat and it has already started to have a strong odour, so it needs to be collected as quickly as possible please.

The cat was on the right-hand side of CEDAR ROAD, a few houses straight along from the One Stop shop which is on the corner of Evington Road & Cedar Road. This is right before Myrtle Road, which is the continuation of Cedar Road. One of the residents has taken the cat;'s body in off the street so that it is not left out in the hot weather & for children to see, posing health risks, etc.

two bins that have been left on the road for a long time. I have asked the neighbour but everyone says they do not belong to them.These bins are being used by people to dump rubbish, which keeps building up. They often become full and leaving rubbish on the street for days. This has attracted mice and rats, and there is a very unpleasant smell.
