Dear Sir/Madam, I am reporting dangerous anti-social driving at night in the B&M car park. Vehicles gather to race, do burnouts, and spin donuts across parking bays. As seen in the attached aerial photos, clear tire burn marks remain in multiple areas. This causes severe noise pollution, property damage, and serious safety risks to the public. Please investigate urgently and consider safety measures like barriers, CCTV, or a PSPO. Thank you.-B&M Home Store, 1 Belgrave Road, Leicester, LE4 6AR
