Need serious action as again wheelchair and pushchair users are risky there life’s and using main road to walk on - need serious action now to sort this - I have also asked Leicester mercury to do an article and also say council are reviewing long term but are happy for life’s to be risked short term Sorry no offence has been committed - so parking cars on pavements is fine? A Commercial waste bin is not only in a place where it should not be, and blocking the pavement, it has not been emptied for a long time and is overflowing with stinking garbage which is spewing out over the street, attracting vermin, and polluting the “Conservation Area“ of Victoria Avenue! There are more commercial waste bins in a similar disgusting state at the other end of Victoria Avenue and on London Road. It is disgraceful that this “Conservation Area” and its residents are shown such neglect and disrespect, especially considering the Council Tax charges!-1A, Victoria Avenue, Leicester, LE2 0QX
