3 cars illegally parked behind a busy police car. The cops are busy talking to a shop keeper on a different topic but it shows these drivers don't care. I'm beginning to wonder if the council does. I always thought driving rules were super strict but I think I was wrong. Ive reported ita unsafe with drivers showing no regard for pedestrians but nothing changes. Ive asked to be advised. The copse of trees where the youths are now congregating. Massive amount of litter.
The park needs daily attention. The police keep telling me they are patrolling but the youths are there every night on their motorbikes e-bikes and scooters. They drop litter, set fire to things and are damaging the trees, bushes and therefore wildlife. -5 Eamont Close, Leicester, LE2 9PA

There is a black audi car reg dangerously parked on the PAVEMENT blocking the way for pedestrians. It belongs to the property at the quoted address. It has been there for over 2 weeks now. The property has 3 other cars in their driveway. There is street parking on Guilford road but it is never used by the owner. This morning I witnessed an elderly couple trying to get through the gap, one had to walk on the busy main road to get by.No traffic warden has spotted this illegally parked car-49 Stoughton Road, Leicester, LE2 2EF
