The staff members of the dental practice routinely park their vehicles on the pavement, completely obstructing pedestrian access. This has created a serious hazard for pedestrians, particularly for vulnerable individuals. On multiple occasions, I have personally witnessed people with prams and those using mobility scooters being forced to use the road to get around the vehicles. There are actually two deep potholes on the same stretch of the road facing the driveway to Lynthorne House. This one in the picture is full of crambled tarmac which files if driving a bit quicker and both of them are felt when the wheels go into them.
