The person this car belongs to does not appear to be a resident, yet they regularly park in the residents’ bays and then go to their workplace. I’m not sure whether they have been issued a permit, but if they are not a resident, I would question why they are permitted to use the residents’ parking.

Please don’t simply respond by saying that the situation is being monitored. This has been an ongoing issue and residents are being directly affected, with genuine residents unable to find parking -33 Burnmoor Street, Leicester, LE2 7JL

Now don't tell me that your operative has emptied the bins at this location as these are fresh pictures, only car park bins been emptied.
This as been reported over past weeks and sort it.
And yes all other bins need bloody emptying.
And by the way what about windmill park are bins getting emptied there soon as well

This shrub is encroaching on more than half of the pavement which means pedestrians are forced to walk on the road.
The plant has sharp spikes so is dangerous to brush past.
