Large quantity of leaf litter left to compost on footpath and has been left so long that grass is now growing across the footpath. Especially a problem next to the bus stop.Large areas of sludge now make it difficult to keep feet clean whilst walking on footpath. In wet conditions this makes a very slippery surface and poses a danger to pedestrians. Someone came here in his own car and another car towing this caravan . I confronted him and he said he was coming back in 1 hour to pick it up. He never came . It’s been 1 day and they have dumped this caravan here . I have the registration plate of the person who came here and told this guy to dump it here . It’s FE16 EVU. Please please find this person. An engineer was out yesterday for no reason as the light has been working fine since it was fixed last month.

This person came along and fiddled with it and it has resulted in the light not working anymore

The roadside grass verges have not been cut and there are now many weeds growing through the grass making the area very look very neglected. The grass is so long that large branches fallen from the trees are completely hidden and create a trip hazard. This affects the whole length of Welford Road from
