Leicester - Evington

Every day a vehicle is parked here, completely on the footpath, so close to the BT box that it forces you to walk in the road. It is outside the entrance to Carrick Point Tower Block on Falmouth Road. This road is extremely busy and so this is very dangerous. Could you put a bollard there to prevent parking?-2 Croyde Close, Leicester, LE5 4WG
