This van has been parking on the pavement and the grass for weeks. Some days, it blocks 2/3 of the pavement, leaving very little space for 1 person to pass (let alone a pram or a wheelchair). It's visible from the damage already done to the grass. There is space at their dedicated parking spots, however, the owner of this vehicle prefers to park right outside their door, disregarding the damage they repeatedly cause.-26 Wolsey Island Way, Leicester, LE4 5EY
