I would like to report a faulty lamp post near my home. The light has been continuously blinking/flickering for several weeks. The lamp is near outside our bedroom window, and the constant flashing is shining into the room and significantly affecting our sleep. It has been happening for weeks and has become very disruptive now. At the top of London Road, near to the junction of Ratcliffe Road, the man hole cover is loose, it makes a dreadful clanging sound each time a car goes over which is very frequent. I have reported this once already, I think somebody tried to fix it as it was a bit better for a few weeks but it has become loose again, it needs a more stronger resolution as the clanging sound is awful and disturbing -London Road, Leicester, UK
