As I drove up Stoughton Dr, towards Wakerley Rd, I saw a deceased black cat on my left on the kerbside (half on the road) outside the last house. This has received significant head trauma and will require a spade to successfully collect. Fly tipping at the bottom of the street. The street is full of leaves and dirt and hasn't been cleaned for months is disgusting. I don't pay my council tax for this.
