This was originally reported at the end of July but nothing has changed. Now even the smallest child at the nearby school would have difficulties with walking along the footpath, let alone an adult. The tree is on the land between the allotments and the fence next to the pavement. I don't know who is responsible for this land. -Fosse Road North, Leicester

Park bench missing or removed?
Walked around Aylestone Meadows and noticed that one of the benchs along the top path is missing. It was there last week, but not there as of today. Hopefully it hasnt been stolen! -Aylestone Meadows, Evesham Road, Leicester, LE3 2DB

The Ivy from 58 Bendbow Rise which is not a council property has been taking over our fence for a few years now. We had previously requested for it to be treated but it’s not going over our shed and into our house extension and creating mould inside the house. It’s also made our fence weak and it’s almost falling from all the weight of the Ivy. -60 Bendbow Rise, Leicester, LE3 1SB
