Please can someone explain to me ( and others) why this car park is hardly ever open for normal users? Especially when there is someone here that can open the gate. Smell from the sausage factory. It’s horrible, unable to open tbe window sometimes in the morning from the strong smell from the factory. Happens every now and then but need someone to check it please -86 Brandon Street, Leicester, LE4 6AX
