Someone keeps letting their dog poo on garden. They also leave their poo bags there when the dog poos elsewhere, and it’s created a health hazard. It is on the front of 75 Mossgate, by the hedge. I need this cutting or taking out as it is causing a health and safety risk for me and others coming out of our drives.
