Parked close to the corner. Single yellow line with clear signage saying clearways 7.30-6 pm. During rush hour, lots of children being dropped off at school. Alleyway off Welford Road (between SPESA EXPRESS and OJAS KITCHEN) is filled with all kinds of waste matter and debris (bricks, tiles, mattresses, window frames, wooden drawers, buckets of rancid water etc.). This alleyway is at the back of properties on Knighton Fields Road East (number 2 and 4) and could present real danger should tenants need to escape via this passage way in the event of a fire etc. It is also a serious risk for telecoms engineers or anyone else who may need to work here!-4 Knighton Fields Road East, Leicester, LE2 6DP

I live at number 25. There are no lights on the public walkway outside our house. However there are lights further down the walkway. I am disabled and have problems at night with the lighting and when the ambulance drivers are reversing to drop me off after my dialysis sessions. This is regularly been reported, drinkers are using the alleyway on a regular basis to drink at night, and leaving their empty bottles and cans there. This is become a nightmare for the residents, with school kids using the alleyway as broken glass is scattered around the alleyway and an accident waiting to happen.
