This property has had their bins out for months and they are piling up as they don’t put them out for the bin service to collect. Some bins are open and now the rubbish has littered on neighbouring properties and on the street. We have spoken to the neighbour and they say they will clear the bins but unfortunately they haven’t and the pile is getting concerningly big. The streetlights in the parking area aren't working and haven't been working since at least last Saturday evening. Also when these are on they are on all night and shine into the flat so if the brightness could be turned down or reduced hours put in place this would be best put to have no light at all on a street on a evening in a area with known drugs issues and homless population a lot of the time in the park it doesn't feel safe. -Apartment 1, Stonesby Mews, 46 Princess Road East, Leicester, LE1 7GH
