Near 6 Verdale Avenue

Leicester - Troon

There has been a broken manhole cover now at the above address for over 10 days. My neighbours at 6 Verdale have said they reported it to the city council and I also did on 29th September under reference GE650600898. Still nothing has been done. I have a 2 year old child not only is it a safety hazard to me and my family but also to the public. Not to mention the health hazard as the sewers are exposed -6 Verdale Avenue

Damage is regularly occurring to packhorse bridge believed to be caused by vehicles and machinery passing over it. Some is very recent. This is a scheduled monument and is protected by law. Access vehicles should not be using this bridge-Wolfdale School, Cropston Road, Anstey, LE7 7BP

While speaking to parking enforcement about the cars parked outside shops in the 100% pedestrian area in front of bede park they said they cannot do anything because there's no double yellows etc. He said they drive up there amongst the pedestrians and through the pedestrian crossing because the bollard has been smashed off. (See photo) there's also a missing bollard in front of dominoes so the squeeze through there too. PLEASE can you send someone to access. This is at top of Anstey Lane junction with Glenfrith Way (Pl ignore the given map reference.). Road name damaged ages ago. Similar issue on the Gorse Hill side of Anstey Lane. Both signs damaged by cars some time ago. -8 Lyn Close, Leicester, LE3 9QX
