Over the last 3–4 years, there has been an increasing number of vehicles being stored on Portishead Road. On many occasions, cars and vans are parked fully on the pavement, forcing pedestrians to walk on the road, which has become increasingly busy with traffic.
This creates particular difficulties for people with pushchairs, mobility aids, or walkers, who often struggle to get through safely as you can see from my photo -Flat 1, Victoria Court, 214 Victoria Road East, Leicester, LE5 0LF
