Rubbish and bins have been fly tipped for around 3weeks now and it's getting worse. It's absolutely disgusting. This area is always a target for rubbish being dumped for years. What can be done to stop thus constantly happening moving forward. Putting a sticker around the rubbish saying it is illegal makes no difference.
