Car come to hawarden avenue, looked around before chucking rubbish on the floor (lots of tissues). Then tried to leave bag of rubbish there. Were confronted about it and told to pick it up. said they were only leaving it outside 'for the smell'. Would have left it there if not confronted. I have tried asking them politely to put their items out on Tuesday for the scheduled Wednesday collection. Unfortunately she is not being co operative .
